The book of Genesis didn't say whether or not polar bears [Ursus maritimus] were included on the ark. It just made a general reference to at least one female and one male each of every breathing, living species.

The oldest polar bear fossil is no more than 100,000 years old. There's evidence of a worldwide flood sometime between 4000 B.C.E. and 2800 B.C.E. So polar bears may have been included on the ark if indeed every breathing, living species was represented on board.

If we read the story of Noah's Ark as literally having happened then, yes, there must have been pigs on the Ark. If there really was a worldwide Flood, then Noah took every animal, every insect and spider, even disease germs such as polio, smallpox, influenza and rabies onto the Ark, nurturing them until the Flood subsided. Otherwise, The Bible tells us that they would not have survived.

The book of Genesis does not tell us. But one male and one female of all animals were taken, as polar bears are there today, they were taken, or all should have died.

It is most unlikely that there were no fish at all on the ark. They would have been in their natural element when the earth was flooded.

No. God brought animals to Noah through migration, and saw fit to bring no dinosaurs.
