I don't think any 2 dollar bills were printed in 1944, but if they were they would have been marked as Series 1928.
Please be more specific as to the "defect" post new question.
It's NOT a U.S. nickel. The coin is a 5 CENTAVOS coin dated 1944 from the Commonwealth of the Philippines issue. It has a average value of 25 cents.
Please post a new question with more details including the country that issued the bill. The last large-size US bills were printed in the early 1920s and no US bills were dated 1944.
Your 1 Million Drachma Greek inflationary note has very little value -- they were printed like wallpaper -- perhaps a dollar from an interested buyer.

The woman's head you see on all definitive stamps from France since 1944 is the "Marianne". 13 different designs have been made over the years. The first one, in 1944, was named "Marianne d'Alger" and the newest design is named "Marianne de Beaujard" (also named Marianne d'Europe, because she is featured with the European Union stars). Marianne is an allegory and represents the value of the French Republic.
