What is the Manitoba tornado?

"Manitoba tornado" could refer to any tornado that occurs in the Canadian province of Manitoba. There are two tornadoes that ocurred in Manitoba in recent years that were fairly well documented. The first and most famous of the two was the F5 tornado that hit the edge of Elie, Manitoba on June 22, 2007. The tornado was caught on video tearing a well-constructed brick house from its foundation and throwing it several hundred feet. There were no deaths or serious injuries. The next day a very large tornado destroyed several farm houses near the town of Pipestone, Manitoba. The tornado was officially an F3, but it may have been stronger. This tornado is best known for the close range footage taken of it by storm chaser Reed Timmer.

What force of tornado causes a car to move several blocks over?

That would normally take an EF5 tornado though it has been seen on occasion in EF4 tornadoes. If this is a recent incident it is more likely that it was an EF4 as only three F5/EF5 tornadoes have occurred in recent years. In Greensburg, Kansas and Elie, Manitoba in 2007 and Parkersburg, Iowa in 2008.

Where have the most strongest and deadlist tornadoes occurred?

See the links below. The first is a list of confirmed F5 and EF5 tornadoes in the United States in the years 1950-present. In addition to these tornadoes there was also an F5 tornado in Elie, Manitoba (Canada) on June 22, 2007. Most of the tornadoes on the other list were also probably F5's including the Tri-State tornado. The second link is a list of the 25 deadliest tornadoes in U.S. history, most of which would also count as the deadliest in world history. The deadliest tornado ever recorded anywhere was the Daulatpur-Salturia (Bangladesh) tornado of April 26, 1989 with over 1300 deaths.
