YOU CAN'T FIND IT! Deoxys is one of the rarest Pokemon to get. If you go onto GTS a lot of the trades are for Deoxys because everybody is desperate. There hasn't been an event to get Deoxys. Luckily, to get the trainer card star for completing the National Dex, you don't need to capture Deoxys and a few other annoying Pokemon.

Wait for an event.
Transfer from Emerald.
