You can't find Teddiursa in HeartGold.You can only find it if you have SoulSilver.Do what I'm about to tell you.Get with a friend who has SoulSilver,then ask if they have a teddiursa they want to trade.Then let the trade begin and you have your own teddiursa in HeartGold now.Hope this helps you.XD
