Caught on the Missouri River in July of this year using a steel leader and a 40# test line. I was watching River Monsters and Giant Mekong catfish and supposedly weighed 464 pounds although there have been reports of Giant Mekong catfish and some other species weighing as much as 800 to 1000 pounds.
