Yes, I saw the video. Nobody is burning water. Here's why-- Chemically, water is the "ashes" of a chemical reaction and represents the lowest possible chemical energy. In order to get energy out of water you have to add lots of energy to get the oxygen and hydrogen to separate. The two have just a little less energy when separated than it took to separate them, and when you recombine them, they release a little less than that. There are losses every step of the way. So don't invest your money in it. And don't listen to any whacko explanations about some special secret method. It can't happen. Fusion power "burns" water in atomic reactions, and that is not something you can ever do chemically.
