My voyager started wobbling/shaking when accelerating at around 35 - 45 mph. It was the cv joints. It only does it under acceleration. It was a wobble from side to side.

Depends on year and engine. Any after 1996 have serpentine belts.

The belt tensioner probably needs to be replaced - about $110 @ PepBoys. Check the alignment of all pulleys. If something isn't aligned properly the belt will keep breaking.

The belt is self adjusted by way of a tensioner.

2.4L and 3.0L it is driven by the timing belt. 3.3L and 3.8L it is driven by the serpentine belt.
