You don't 'submit evidence' to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court only rules on cases which have already been litigated, and does not hear witnesses or view evidence.

They can but it has to be ratified by the president and supreme court. (the Supreme Court has nothing to do with passing laws. They only rule on laws that are already passed.)
We do not provide protection for supreme court justices. They have supreme court police who takes care of that
