The "phobia" with the closest definition is Haphephobia which can mean a fear of being touched or touching others. If you're trying to describe your condition to another person then you'd probably want to use Haphephobia and then go on to explain the particular variation that describes you most accurately. I don't think you'll find a single word that comes closer to fitting your particular fear.
