Primaquine Phosphate Tablets USP 15 mg are an antimalarial medicine containing primaquine phosphate, used to treat and prevent relapses of malaria, especially those caused by Plasmodium vivax and Plasmodium ovale. It is formulated and manufactured according to USP (United States Pharmacopeia) standards for quality and consistency.
