Discrimination occurs around the world in society, including against African people. It is no different nowadays, than it was in the past, except that it is less socially acceptable for certain groups to be discriminated against.
All groups are discriminated against by someone. ILLEGAL discrimination does not involve "groups" but only the basis of the discrimination. It is illegal to discriminate on the basis of any race, either sex, any religion or strongly held moral beliefs, color, ancestry or national origin, citizenship, military reserve or veteran status. Discrimination on those prohibited bases happens, but very rarely.
Civil rights groups, International Humans Rights Groups, Religious groups, the United Nations, the Chamber of Commerce, the Mexican Mafia and Farm Labor groups.
Nativist groups such as the â??Know Nothing Partyâ?? demanded laws that would curb immigration. In 1875, laws were passed that banned immigration of convicts and prostitutes. Next, Californians wanted the immigration of the Chinese to be banned. They were accused of lowering wages and attacked by mobs for being racially "inferior". By the 1890â??s the hostility was also against, Jews, Roman Catholics, Japanese and inevitably all immigrants.
You have to be more specific as to when, because various groups have been discriminated against at different times. Chinese immigrants were discriminated against on the west coast at one time, as were Catholic immigrants.
Every race has been discriminated against just as every race has discriminated against others.
No groups likes being discriminated against.
They aren't. Most groups are just as discriminated against as any other, and less so in certain areas.

Hitler blamed many groups of people for things they didn't do. He also discriminated them just because he didn't like them. Some of these groups included Jews, Christians, Gypsies, etc. You were also praised if you were a "perfect German." Hitler thought the "perfect Germans" were the ones with blond hair and blue eyes.
