Also, if you go to the into outer space where the western hemisphere is visible then you can see both oceans. If you look at a map of the United States, if you go to the Panama Canal, you can see both oceans.

The Atlantic Ocean is located between the continents of Africa and America, the Pacific Ocean is located between the continents of Asia and America and the Indian Ocean is located South of the continent of Asia, and East of Africa. The Southern Ocean is only in the Southern Hemisphere and the Arctic Ocean is only in the Northern Hemisphere.
