la nina la pinta and Santa Maria.......
(Broken Tears from here on)....The Nina the Pinta and the Santa Maria. But remember Chris was from Spain and his real name is actually Christophorus Columbus his flagship the Santa Maria was built in El puerto de Santa Maria ( The port of Saint Mary), The Pinta means the painted one and the Nina was a little more tricky it Nina means Girl, it was originally named the Santa Clara (Saint Clair) It likely got the nickname the Nina from its original owner Juan Nino. Also Christoper Columbus was Italian but sailed under the Spanish flag.
Hope I helped.
