If you are spaking of ancient Egypt, the three were the Flooding Season or Aketo, the Nile used to flood and left many miles of farmland under 5ft of water.

The next one is the Growing Season, the ater would have receded but it left behind, black sediment, the Egyptians called the river Aur, they had five months of growing.

The last one is the Harvest Season Syumuu as it was called. The crops would have grown and this is the period they collected them in.
