The four seas that border Greece are as follows in no particular order: Ionian Sea, Sea of Crete, Aegean Sea, and the Mediterranean Sea.

To the best of my knowledge, the major seas surrounding Greece are the Adriatic Sea in the west, the Mediterrenean Sea to the south, and the Aegian Sea to the east. There may be some regions of those seas that have been separately named, but I am unaware of them, if there are.
The Ligurian Sea and the Adriatic Sea are two seas that border Italy. The other two sea that border Italy are the Mediterranean Sea and the Ionian Sea.

It made Greece focus on important aspects of sea based warfare such as ship construction and keeping an active naval force.
Kiev, the capital of Ukraine, is located inland and does not directly border any seas. The countries that border Ukraine are Belarus to the north, Russia to the east, Poland, Slovakia, and Hungary to the west, and Romania and Moldova to the south.
