It depends on the country and the currency in use. For example, the US has a 25c coin but not a 20c coin. In the UK there is a 20p coin but not a 25p coin.
It really depends on which coin it is. Is it a US silver dollar or dime? There is a big difference. Is it a world coin? What country is it from? All of these things matter when figuring the value of a coin.
As of 05/2009 this commemorative coin retails for about $6 if still in its original packaging.

You need to be much more specific. The value of a Kuwaiti coin will depend on the denomination, the year and the condition. Without knowing these three things about the coin, its impossible to tell you if you have a coin worth hundreds of dollars or a coin worth less than a cent.
