The University of Minnesota bases admissions on a very careful, overall assessment of each student's academic preparation and performance. There is no specific grade requirement although the student's grade point average (gpa) is one of the primary factors considered for admission to the U of MN. The other primary factors considered for admission are coursework through high school graduation, class rank, and ACT/SAT scores. There are also several secondary factors which are also taken into consideration such as community service, leadership, rigorous academic curriculum, etc.

High school curriculum, GPA, class rank, and ACT/SAT scores are all determining qualifications to go to the University of Minnesota.
Depending on the university, you may get in with a 2.5 GPA and a 20 on the ACT.
I think it is mainly just a 25 ACT. The gpa has to be above 2 but 2.5 or above should be a guarantee
18 Act in state but they are extremely leaniant depending on your personal resume.
average student at MSU is: GPA - 3.3-3.8 ACT - 22-27
5.7 and a 49 on your ACT
The minimum gpa to get into Oregon state university is 3.0
2.5 GPA , and 200 on SAT's
27.5 on last check. good to get at least a 28 to have a decent shot. At Madison the higher the better. They look at ACT scores more than high school GPA. A lot of kids from my high school applied there and to the University of Minnesota. Kids with average ACTs but high GPA's and lots of extracurriculars got into the U of Minn, but not Madison. Kids with high ACTs but not extracurriculars and poor GPAs got into Madison. I only had a 27 on my ACT but I had a 4.0 and lots of AP classes and extracurriculars and I got rejected from Madison but I got into Minnesota. My best friend only had a 3.0 GPA and no extracurriculars, but he got a 33 on his ACT and he got rejected from Minnesota but accepted into Madison. Get the highest ACT possible to get into Madison, that's pretty much all they look at.
3.5
The is no minimum but the median is a 3.0. Lowest is 2.0 and need a 20 on the ACT's, 2.75 or high aren't required to have a ACT or SAT score.
Two of my friends got into SVSU with a 2.8 GPA and an approximate act score of 20
