A few actually some of the old muscle cars had very interesting option packages and even some of the newer cars run what looks like a header, on several 4 cylinders and v6's like some neons and cavaliers and some other cars cobra mustangs, and especially the more performance oriented cars like shelbys and saleens, lingenfelters, callaways ect.
Borla headers are by far the best aftermarket headers available for performance cars and trucks.

Not if they did not come from the factory with seat belts. If they came form the factory with seat belts you are required to wear them.
If the vehicle came equipped from the factory with belts it has to have them.
Dodge SRT-4, Fiat 500 Abarath, to name two. Some turbo cars came from the factory without mufflers due to the fact that the turbo already muffles the sound of the engine. Finding a complete list may be difficult.
