Apollo 8 was the first manned Apollo to actually reach the moon, but it was never the intention to land but only to test out equipment and to do a 'dry run'. After orbiting the moon it returned to earth. Apollo 10 was the next to go to the moon, again to orbit the moon only and to look for landing sites. Apollo 11 was the first mission to land on the moon with Neil Armstrong being the first man to set foot on the moon. There were six further Apollo missions: 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17. Apollo 13 never landed on the moon as there was an explosion on the way there diabling the spaceship. The three astronauts (captained by Jim Lovell who also flew on Apollo 8) returned safely to earth after a nailbiting rescue mission. All the other Apollo missions landed on the moon and were very successful. A further three Apollo missions were planned (18, 19 20) but never took place because of government cuts in the space programme.
Apollo 13
Yes Apollo 11 very much reached the moon.
Michael Collins stayed in the command module, while they walked on the moon.
The only Apollo missions that were designed to go to the moon were Apollo 8,10,11,12,13,14,15,16and 17. The others were test missions or missions within earth's own orbit. They all reached the moon without exception. Apollo 8 and 10 were designed to reach the moon, but not to land. Instead their mission was to test equipment and to search out possible landing sites. They were successful in this. Apollo 13 was designed to land on the moon, but because of an explosion on board, was unable to land. Instead it reached the moon and used the moon's gravity to perform a 'slingshot' manoever and return to earth in an emergency rescue. The rest of the Apollo missions (11,12,14,15,16,17) all landed on the moon as planned.
The Eagle was the tiny part of Apollo 11 which reached the moon-the lunar module. The Eagle also appears on Apollo 11 insignia-it was named after the Bald Eagle of the United States.
Apollo 13
Yes Apollo 11 very much reached the moon.
Beside Apollo 11, the Apollo 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 reached the moon. Apollo 8, 10 and 13 did not land on the moon.
Apollo 13, Apollo 1, Apollo 8, Apollo 10 and maybe some other ones. But missions Apollo 8 and Apollo 10 weren't planned to go to the moon. They were just preparing for Apollo 11.
No space shuttle has ever reached the moon. The 5 manned missions to land on the moon were the Apollo missions 11 though 17, with the exception of Apollo 13, which was unable to land due to a malfunction.
No. Every Apollo mission reached the moon except of course Apollo 13.
Surveyor One.

If the question is regarding manned missions, that would be the Apollo Lunar Module

Yes, several manned vehicles have reached escape velocity, which is about 25,000 miles per hour. The Apollo spacecraft used during the moon missions reached escape velocity en route to the moon. Also, the Space Shuttle reached escape velocity when it orbited the Earth or traveled to the International Space Station.
