Not sure why you are asking this, but technically, every song is copyrighted the moment it is written whether or not it is registered with a copyright office. All of the Beatles' songs are registered. But even if one was not for some reason, the technical copyright is in place and the song is protected. The recorded performance is also copyrighted, as it says on the CD and records.
probobly not on itunes. this is because i think they have to have permission and they havent been granted that permission. same with napster and all thise other places. you can still download beatles CD's on your mp3 because they're yours. i have ALOT of beatles song on my iPod, but they were all CD's. i do know though that they have some of the same beatles song on itunes, but they are by paul McCartney or something like that, and they are usually live.
