There are many who would love people to believe the members of Rise Against are influenced by assorted faiths, such as Christianity and Judaism. These are the people that delight in lies and half truths. I worked with the members of Rise Against for six months. They claim two are Christian, one is Jewish, and the other is athiest. However, when they are out of the eyes of the public, they make fun of both faiths and those who follow them. When in the presence of their friends and coworkers, they make it obvious their disgust for these religions.

I think it will be Canada, Germany, Norway, and Japan. This is considering their rise of mostly genre based rock bands like J-Rock, J-Pop, Black Metal, Techno, Industrial, and Indie bands.
Linkin Park, Julien-k, Dead by Sunrise, Deadmau5, Delta Fiasco, Rise Against, Cage the Elephant, . . . among others
well, the emergence of the "core" bands (metalcore, post hardcore, etc.) and the rise of Alternative Rock (Mumford and sons, Imagine Dragons). Also, with the internet more and more small bands are getting discovered and the recognition they deserve. New technology are allowing bands to get more creative with their sound and many bands are experimenting with electronics in their music. Rock and Roll is still very much alive.

You may be able to contact them with an email and a sample of your band's work. Otherwise they'll probably have to come to you. I'd be happy to see another awesome band on Rise, though. [: Good luck.
Rise Against has been compared to The Offspring, Sum 41 and blink-182. None of these bands sound too much like Rise Against because Rise Against is very unique.
dead to fall, earth crisis, candiria, unearth, for the fallen dreams, as i lay dying, job for a cowboy, atreyu, bury your dead, undying, harvest, through the eyes of the dead, zao, remembering never. Some record labels that have 'metalcore' bands on them... ferret records, rise records, equal vision records, victory records, roadrunner records, stillborn records. I killed the prom queen, Eysia, War from a harlots mouth, Steve F*ckinIrwin, The Devil Wears Prada (first cd), xAFBx, Eternal Lord, The Black Dahlia Murder. too many to list.

I've always considered Sevendust, Chevelle, and Rage to be similar.
