The climax of the Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian is this; telmarines rule narnia: The rising action (Conflict). Prince Caspian's uncle (wicked uncle) tries to take over Prince Caspian's rightfully owned throne: The Turning Point (otherwise known as the climax). And lastly The Pevensies help prince Caspian defeat Miraz (his uncle): which is the resolution. While the Wicked Witch certainly did earn her moniker, Jadis had already destroyed one world and tried to take out the Earth (in "The Magician's Nephew") before getting stuck in Narnia where she went out of her way to be as vicious and nasty as possible before her ultimate destruction.
