I'm not sure if this is for use at the Salvation Army or for "Guys & Dolls" but here's some idea. Firstly you could try a Salvation Army charity shop. Failing that you could try Ebay, there's one on Ebay.co.uk at the moment for £10 or one on Ebay.com for $15. Or you can place a want ad in the local paper, or so on.

The Salvation Army began adopting the quasi military structure in the 1880's when one of Williams Booth's early evangelists refereed to himself as "your ever faithful lieutenant". Military structures were popular at the time in England and although Booth was skeptical at first it caught on and allowed the organisation a freedom of development as there was only one General and so he made the decisions. As the organisation expanded and went to other countries so the military structure was adapted to suit.
