What Elphaba's costume look like?

This depends. In the book, simply anything black that covers most of you, for some parts, even your face.

In the musical, you could wear a blue outfit including a blue knit cap, a blue pencil skirt, and a blue blazer, with your hair in a side braid. OR you could keep the skirt, and wear a white blouse with blue trim, your hair down. You could also wear a black dress and a witch's hat, for One Short Day. Lastly, you could wear a much more elaborate black dress with a little bit of red through it and several patches and tears. Black boots are worn the whole time.
