None. "Hieroglyphics" usually refers only to the writing of ancient Egypt. However, some Early Americans used logographic writing, such as:

  • Olmec writing
  • Zapotec writing
  • Epi-Olmec or Isthmian script
  • Abaj Takalik and Kaminaljuyú scripts
  • Mayan writing
  • Mixtec writing

Of a sort, yes. While not hieroglyphics, a number of tribes used pictographs. Several other tribes did have written forms of their spoken languages. Examples include the Cherokee, Iroquois, and Aztec, although the written Aztec language was very pictographic.
