you could go to a any hairdresser actually all you ask for is alot of layers.
Why don't you just ask for tons of layers on top, short and choppy, and then longer, sleeker layers underneath? And then you can just poof up the top bit with back-combing (teasing), hairspray and gel and voila! Scene hair.

Women during the 1920's expressed themselves by cutting their hair short, by wearing small skirts that showed their ankles, and by doing dances that were considered bad like the Charleston
just mix white with any other colour. Perhaps its your hair you want to tint though. Go to the hair dressers or you might end up with orange hair!! janetdavies artist.co.uk

No because if you have thin hair the hairdresser can thicken your hair if needed.
Exactly what you just said they probly know what emo/scene hair is
Go on line to google images or photo bucket and type up "scene hair" and print the picture that you want and show it to your hairdresser. Or just tell your hairdresser you want long choppy layers with with choppy bangs in your face!:)
Well they can have it how ever they want
In order to want to be a professional hairdresser, you will need to love working with hair. You also will need to love interacting with customers and making small talk!
I want scene hair. ^^ that did not answer their question. BUUUTTT if you want to tell your hair stylist you want scene hair tell him/her that you want a "high fashion mullet" in literal terms its choppy layers at the top while keeping your longest length at the bottom of your hair. *TIPS* dont tease your hair everyday..it will damage it. Just use a high volume shampoo.
cut your hair or style your hair.
Yes, why not? If a celebrity does not have a personal hairdresser then she should be more aware of how to get their hair a good look. Celebrity hairdresser in Manchester says that a celebrity is always on the screen on their regular day. So, they need to look good with their hairstyle. If a celebrity doesn't have a personal hair stylist then she should know all the tips for taking care of their hair.
You need to trim your hair or you will get dead ends which will then keep splitting and eventually your hair will look unhealthy. i should know i am a hairdresser
Hairdresser, hair stylist, barber.
I think "scene hair" should be parted to one side more than the other if that makes sense. And a lot of layers. Speaking from experience
