Paracetamol is also known as Acetaminophen which is sold in many over the counter (OTC) products such as Tylenol. Taking too much of this drug can increase the risk of liver damage or liver injury. Maximum recommended dose based on current guidelines is 3,000 grams per day (in a 24 hour period).
However, if the person taking the drug is malnourished, dehydrated, has a history of liver disease or alcoholic cirrhosis then the risk of liver injury (and destruction of liver cells known as Hepatotoxicity) increases dramatically.
If accidental ingestion of too many tablets occur, it is advised that you immediately call 911 or emergency medical services. If you get medical help within the first 2-4 hours after ingestion of so many tablets, then doctors and pharmacists can administer a drug known asN-acetylcysteine (NAC) to reduce the incidence of liver damage.
Store this medicine away from children and pets as it may harm them if taken improperly. Be aware that many pain medications, prescription medications and over the counter (OTC) products have Paracetamol (Acetaminophen/Tylenol) in it already so you should speak to your pharmacist to make sure the medications you take are safe.

One day of pregnancy means you had sex about 7-10 days ago and I don't think that is what you mean. It takes about 3 days for the egg to get fertilized and an additional 7 days until the egg is attached. 11 paracetamol is not good for you or the kidneys and it will not prevent pregnancy working as the morning after pill nor will it make you abort. Better to take the morning after pill or have the coil fitted which can prevent pregnancy up to 5 days after sex.
