No such character in the story, Dolores Umbridge and Pomona Sprout are two different people.
It's about Harry and his friends forming DA which is short for Dumbledore's Army. The friend go into the Room of requirement and spell behind the back of their Defence against the dark arts teacher, Dolores Umbridge. Dhe is a part of the miniaty of magic. And boy do the kids hate her.

Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix is the story of Harry's fifth year at Hogwarts. This novel written by J.K. Rowling, comes after Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire and before the Half Blood Prince. In Harry's fifth year, of course, there is yet another D.A.D.A (Defence Against the Dark Arts) professor, Dolores Jane Umbridge. In this story, Harry meets a new ally and forms a secret group to train Hogwarts students to defend themselves against the Dark Arts. In my opinion, this is the second best book in the series. They are, however really hard to number. I hope this is what you looked for. Happy Reading! :)
Dolores Umbridge quickly comes to mind. She worked very hard at putting herself in a position of more power. She really didn't care what lie she told or who she stepped on. She even went as far as buying a stolen locket to back up a story of her false heritage to make herself look better.
Harry Potter (the person) is related to Harry Potter (the books and the movies) because he is the main character and protagonist in the story.
