This is a free flower, a dream flower in American Indian spirituality. Coloring most vibrant in Late spring/autumn.

Holistically and medicinally this flower shares the chemical constituents as the Sunflower and family as such..

In a spiritual sense of nature, as most anything with understanding, communication, relationship, significance and meaning of any plant,animal,mineral,ect..comes from your own relationship with the plant itself. If you listen and pay attention, you can almost always hear. Plants are sometimes like shy, giggling children. If you stand by and giggle for a moment(or grin, even if just in thought) you find yourself to understand the plant and as friends do, talking and listening.
