Ok, I'll tell you which ones you can get without cheating/hacking, but please don't ask how to get any of them. Thanks! You can look on Arceus.com, if you are unsure of which Pokemon are where, which is a VERY helpful site. List of Pokemon you can get from trading/catching:
Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Mewtwo, Suicune, Raikou, Entei
Ones you can trade from Sapphire:
Regirock, Registeel, Regice, Kyogre, Latias (red), Rayquaza.
Ones you can trade from Ruby:
Groundon, Regirock, Regice, Registeel, Latios (blue).
Ones you can trade from Pokemon Colosseum for GameCube, or Pokemon XD Gale of Darkness for GameCube- Note: You must have GCN-GBA Cable to trade between GameCube and Game Boy Advance:
Lugia (In Pokemon, XD Gale of Darkness), and Ho-oh (In Pokemon Colosseum). Look on Arceus.com to get these two. Oh, and you don't catch Ho-oh, the bird just appears after accomplishing some things.
