If I am not mistaken and I don't believ I am Apollo 7. The first man on the moon.

To become part of NASA, you typically need a strong educational background in a relevant field such as engineering, science, or mathematics. Additionally, gaining relevant experience through internships, research projects, or working in the aerospace industry can be beneficial. Positions at NASA are highly competitive, so having a passion for space exploration and a commitment to continuous learning and innovation is important.
Is a man who dedicates himself to spacetravel which consists of years of training and practise and then you take part in numerous space missions e.g. discovering planets e.t.c.=American spacemen are part of the organisation "NASA" National American Space Asscociation.=
Well, if you mean as a scientist, NASA hires people with experience in various fields. Many have doctoral degrees in engineering, computer science/programming, biology, physics, chemistry, etc. As an astronaut, many have previously been in the air force or have experience flying.
NASA was formed in 1958 in response to the Soviet Union's launch of the first artificial satellite, Sputnik, which sparked the space race between the two nations. Its creation was part of the United States' efforts to advance its space exploration capabilities and technology.
One recent exploration into outer space is the successful landing and operation of the Mars Perseverance rover by NASA. This mission aims to search for signs of ancient life on Mars and pave the way for human missions to the red planet.
The first moon landing took place on July 20, 1969, as part of NASA's Apollo 11 mission. Astronauts Neil Armstrong and Edwin "Buzz" Aldrin became the first humans to walk on the moon during this historic event.
Neil Armstrong, who accompanied his first step on the moon by saying, "One small step for man, one giant leap for mankind." He actually messed up his line, as he meant to say, "One small step for a man, one giant leap for mankind."

Buz Aldrin NOT Neil Armstrong! Neil Armstrong landed on the moon 10 minutes after Buz Aldrin did. They also went with Mike Collins who flew round the moon several times never actually stopping the rocket in space at all! So Neil Armstrong should not take all the credit because actually Buzz Aldrin landed first but if you want our science teacher o be happy say Neil Armstrong. :)
