The organization responsible for developing physical fitness doctrine, training programs, and performance standards is the U.S. Army's Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC). Firstly an individual can exercise command and control by looking at the sequence of events, and then who is responsible for assuming control and how they would deal with it, the levels of command and control i.e. Strategic, Tactical and Operational, the planning and briefing of the situations and effective control.if you have your idea then team can develop in group and improve individual command.
