∙ 12y agoIn the UK, the incidence of lung cancer in women is approximately 40 per 100,000. In men, the figure is approximately 60 per 100,000. Interestly and worryingly, the incidence in women has doubled since 1975 yet smoking prevalence in women has halved in the same period. (See table 6.1 in the link below.)
