yes it is if your wonder what its base off hold your your horses i'm about to get to that part When phineas was born his parents were divorce so it was only candas, phineas and his mom then his mom got marryed again and had a brother phineas was very hyper and candas was crazy and always had illusions of phineas and ferb building thing like roller coaster, a skating park and others but her mother never gave her a chance to see what she saw since candas didn't have anyone she always wrote everything in her diary. One day her mother got worried and took her to a therapist dr, doofenschmidt who gave candas drugs to maker her feel good but candas got addicted to them and started taking more then she should have til she was found lying dead on her bed with her diary in her bed. After her funaral her mother read her diary and went to the walt disney to program in memory of her. Thats what people think, what i think that candas sucide herself because her mother never bealived her. but both theroy are both sad :(
