I know that instead of Bonsly in Pearl, diamond has Mime Jr. just north of Solacean town. Also diamond has Dialga and Pearl has Palkia(of course). I don't know of alot else but i hope this helped a little bit with ur game. Edit: diamond has murkrow and stunky while pearl doesnt. There may be more though.
