i think that u can get combee i dunno bout vespiqueen though. i think that you have to evolve a female combee for a vespiqueen.
You can find combee, aipom, heracross, munchlax and others. :P

You need to have some Honey which you can get from the guy in the flowery meadow in Floaroma Town then you put the Honey on the brown trees, you then have to wait for at least a hour or 2 and then you come back to that tree and a wild Pokémon will come out. A Combee could come out of these trees and it's the only way to catch 1 in-game and in order to get a Vespiquen, you must catch a female Combee and if you so then all you have to do is train it until it evolves at Level 20.
