I used a Level 100 diagla with roar of time, anicent power and the two others I forgot. If it is really powerfull it can kill the whole elite four including the champion. Stock up on Full restores, Full heal and pp up 'coz diagla can get a bit hurt. (P.s I got my Diagla from GTS which requires Wi-fi connection.)
