The elite 4 have Pokemon ranging from level 46 to 58. I'd suggest at least one Pokemon who is level 70 and a whole lot of max potions. The elite four have the following Pokemon:

well, that it. Against Sidney, mabey try a really strong water Pokemon. For Phoebe, make sure to avoid using physical attacks (again, a water Pokemon works well here.)
With Glacia, don't use dragon or flying type, because they are both weak to ice (so definetly not rayquaza.)
On drake, any strong Pokemon should do. Same with Steven. I used my Swampert, but if you don't have one, catch a low level magikarp and evovle it into about a level 60 gyarados. Remember to bring about 15 max potions or full heals. Hope I helped!
