A chimchar would be good for speed and sp. attack. A piplup is good for defense. I chose piplup and evolved it into empoleon and at lvl 61, I beat Cyrus at Distortion World. At lvl 80, Empoleon ALONE beat the Elite 4 and half of Cynthia's Pokemon by using only 3 leppa berries (a value of $30 in the game). I beat the rest with a Giratina lvl. 60
