Reshiram and Zekrom are equal and opposite. Both resist each other and their signature moves moves are equal in strength and effect, eg. Reshirams BLUE FIRE and Zekroms LIGHTNING STRIKE are equal in power but they are different types, cause different special conditions, and Blue fire is special but lightning strike is physical.
