What Pokemon looks like a big grey cloud its not castform its electric it came out in Pokemon battle frontier but i havent seen it for Pokemon dp it looks like a thundercloud its not Rotom either?

The awnser is raikou. it is yellow with black stripes and an iron mask along with sharp claws and it has it's own purple thunderclouds which increase it's electric attacks and can create thunderclouds as well.Raikou is one of the legendary beat trio of Jhoto along with Entei (fire) and Suicune (water).Raikou is an electric type.
