Chimchar is good against Aaron in the elite 4, turtwig is good against bertha(or wutever the ground type lady's name is), and piplup is good against 2 of the elite 4. Chimchar is good at speed, turtwig: defense and im not really sure about piplup. I think chimchar is the best.
