If your starter was squirtle u should be able to beat her easily with bite at level 26. bulbasaur starter should run through her team without ease. If your charmander then your straight out of luck pick up a grass type pokemon like oddish or bellsprout and level them up
Blue and yellow.
You best the rest of the Kanto Gym Leaders. Since they are challenged in no particular order, Misty may be your Seventh challenge. If this is so, then you go to Cinnibar Island, where you find Blue (Gary Oak's game counterpart). He is the Viridian Gym Leader, and you take your 8th gym challenge. If Misty isn't your 7th challenge, then you beat the other gym leaders before you can challenge Blue.
You can't marry Misty in the original Pokemon games. She doesn't love you.
the Pokemon have levels not you
after u beat the game u will go home. after that happens u go to kanto region and if u have like fire red or leaf green u can just follow that map to misty. if u don't then i think that u just have to go up until u can turn right then u have to beat brock when u get to his gym then go through mt moon to get to misty. Note: the gym leader will be as strong as the elite fours Pokemon i think and the trainers aren't as easy as u would think
