Which ratchet and clank villain is strongest?
Dr. Nefarious. He is one of the few bosses to not need a Machine for Combat (tho he is a machine technically <he wasn't always but Captain Quark accidentally threw him into some kind of Tech bin>) and is the only one besides Pseudo hero Captain Quark to appear in multiple games, indicitive of his longevity. Despite this he was not always an active character, for example; when he flew by on an asteroid after the ending credits in Ratchet Deadlocked the player didnt have to fight him.
