I think that Islam is only religion which insists the followers to eat meals in one big vessel or plate without any discrimination and they still practsing within the family and even in public Muslim functions.

Arguably, if religions relied only on what could be proven, there would be no religion. Religion has to assert as fact things that can not be proven, perhaps mixing in a few genuine facts so as to blur the distinction. Then everything is taken on faith, and the religion thrives.
