There is much Roman art remaining. Their arches, tomb carvings, the pantheon , and their memorial arches are all considered works of art. Then there are the many mosaics and frescoes, pottery, jewelry, busts and complete statues in various museums.

We know that the roman sewers were very large just by looking at them. Many of the Roman sewers or parts of them are still evident today. The main sewer for the city of Rome was the Cloaca Maxima and parts of it can still be seen. Some of the ancient sewers are still usable. We also have the literature left by some ancient writers on the makeup of the sewers and their dimensions.
Roman art that is still used today includes the design of buildings and columns that are used in architecture and city planning to this day. Techniques like contrast and bass relief are also still used today.
Chester still has the ruins of the Roman amphitheatre (arena) which could seat 8-10,000 spectators and is a scheduled monument, and the shrine of Minerva.

some people consider it Greek and some consider it Roman. but i think its Greek and Roman. in the dark ages, the Greek and Roman were together and combined Roman art and Greek art together and made byzantine art. until Rome fell into the dark. >:(
