If you have multiple worksheets open, then Ctrl - PageDown will move to the one to the right. If you have a number of panes on a worksheet, the F6 and the Shift-F6 key combinations can be used to move between them.

At the top of your worksheet is the formula bar. On the left side of the formula bar is a small window that displays the active cell reference or name.
The cell address (or name) window is above the worksheet (usually below the menu bar). When you click on a cell, you will see either the cell address (e.g. A3) or cell name (e.g. Total; if you assigned a cell name).
The intersection of a column and a row in a worksheet is a cell. The address of the cell is the combination of the column and the row. The Column's address is a letter; the row is a number. Cell A1 is in the upper left hand corner. Cell B1 is to its right but cell A2 is underneath it.
