There's not really a sure-fire way. It might have drivers you can update though. Good keyboards can be cheap now though. Search amazon.com for one if interested.

I'm thinking that it might be under the hood on the drivers side. I asume that you have scoured the dash and cab insides for it. The other weird location might be behind the seat. Get a Hatnes Manual. I had a 75 and a 79 and the manual was useful for both. The fusebox on a 79 chevy is under the dash on the drivers side by the fire wall

sory...i don't know i search too that:(( Driver scanners are convenience software. You can always update manually. What type of drivers...printer, sound card, monitor, etc? Have you tried the manufacturers website for the items you believe are out of date? If you have Windows XP or Windows Vista have you tried using Windows update? Try it it's not very difficult and you might learn something about your computer.
First you should update your audio drivers. If this does not solve the problem you might have something wrong with the hardware in that specific computer.
