WHAT TYPE OF SPIDER IS THIS?
I believe that is a jumping spider, though I am far from an expert. They're almost crab-like in shape and demeanor and they're actually kinda cool (if you can see them close up without actually getting close enough for them to leap down from the wall onto you!) According to other various sources, they can bite but it won't hurt you too much, and they are diurnal hunters.
A spider with orange legs and fangs with white dots on its back could very well be an American House Spider. These are the house Spiders that weave the most Halloween-like webs.
